Our Guarantee

Every customer who orders with us is very important. We always do our very best to ensure all aspect of our customer's experience is the best it can be from the website design, superior products, high quality flower arrangements, customer service and fast delivery. Our floral product are of the highest quality and mostly imported directly from the grower. When receiving one of our floral arrangements always make sure to keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, or air or wind blowing on them. If you have fresh cut flowers in a plant be sure to remove each flower daily and refill the water tubes and re-insert into the plant, or remove from the water tubes and place in a vase.. If you notice anything wrong with the floral arrangement you received please contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem quickly.



Delivery Policy

****Until further notice, we will no longer be able to deliver to Dyess Air Force Base.****


Same Day Delivery: If you order before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, we may require the order to be placed by 12:00 pm for same-day delivery. For same day service on Saturday please order by 12:00 pm.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.

Funeral Homes: If you've read any of our Google Reviews you know we do our very best to create top quality sympathy arrangements for anyone needing funeral flowers. We believe that in someone's time of grief they shouldn't have to worry if they are being overcharged. Every funeral flower order gets the highest priority, even if it's a Sunday! If you're ordering late call us soon as possible and we'll try to get it to the service or make arrangements to delivery it directly to their home. When you place your order we call and check all the details with the funeral home handling the service to verify the visitation & service times and days.

If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you have ordered for a funeral viewing on Sunday and it is too late to deliver on Saturday or Sunday, we will contact the funeral home to verify that there is a viewing or service on Monday and reschedule the order.

Banner Funeral Arrangements: Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner is not available, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.

High Schools: High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 2pm.

Weekend Delivery Policy: We aren't open on Sundays, so if you order any product for Sunday delivery and didn't purchase "Sunday Delivery" your order will need to be rescheduled for Saturday or the following Monday. We will contact you regarding this rescheduling by phone & email.

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. We will make 2 attempts to deliver the Gift to the recipient after which, they must pick up their Gift at Big Country Flowers.  A $5.00 delivery charge will be applied if the sender would like to have the product redelivered.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Big Country Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (325) 793-9030

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Big Country Flowers cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you are responsible for the cost of the gift.

Card Messages: The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.



Taxes & Pricing

  • Sales tax will be displayed in the checkout if applicable.

  • Many products are available in Regular, Deluxe, and Premium sizes that you can upgrade to.



Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers: At Big Country Flowers we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Balloons: Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
