The prices on our website are for online ordering only! Prices on flowers and other products on holidays may change without notice due availability and/or cost of goods.


Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, containers, or food items in baskets are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Substitutions in food baskets are due to availability and freshness.

Order Changes and Cancellations
BigCountryFlowers.com is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call 325-235-1337. For other changes, email customer service.

Problems With an Order
At BigCountryFlowers.com, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business being “fresh perishable products”, we have a very limited time for offering refunds.  If you notice any problems or have any concerns please notify us immediately so that we may correct the problem.
